Our Services Include:
1. Metabolic testing that measures how many calories your body burns per day while in resting state to determine how many calories you can take in and still lose weight. You should not eat or exercise 4 hours prior to the test, and do not use tobacco 1 hour before the test. You need to be very relaxed as you will sit and hold a breathing device for up to 10 minutes. We determine your metabolic rate by how much oxygen comes in and how much co2 comes out when you breathe.
2.We offer nutrition software that allows you to personalize your information to determine how many calories you can take in to maintain your goal. We also provide different meals to incorporate into your diet and once you learn how to use the CD it will help you create an endless menu of choices. We have a CD you can purchase with a consultation to show you how it works.
3.We offer an exercise DVD. It is owner's own DVD for total body training for use by both men and women. The workout is 70 minutes long, 3 times a week! The title is "The Fit Way with Pro Trainer J."
4. We offer 1-on-1 in-gym training, and in-home training is also available. We also offer online training.
5. We offer body composition consultations to measure body fat and full-body composition. You keep a copy of the nutrition software
